Fuse Location and Description (Based on Mk1 Mondeo)

When a system is listed under a number of fuses then all those its listed under effect the operation of that system in some way and should be checked.

Fuse Box Locations:

Engine Bay Fusebox is located in the passenger side closest to the headlight and is accessed by releasing the spring clamp at the back.

Passenger Footwell Fusebox is located behind and to the right of the glovebox. Open the glovebox and tug towards the rear of the car to aid access. There is a small black pin on the right of the fusebox that needs to be pulled in the direction of the floor in order to release the box from its mounting.

Most fuses can be obtained from car shops like halfords however the larger ones are more specialist and may need to be ordered from Ford:
